This product is made from high-quality PE100 grade high-density polyethylene raw materials and is specially designed for harsh industrial conveying environments. It boasts extremely high wear resistance, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for applications such as sand dredging, river clearing, slurry transportation, and agricultural irrigation. Compared to traditional steel pipes or ordinary plastic pipes, our PE pipes are lighter, more flexible, easier to install, and have a longer lifespan, significantly reducing your operating and maintenance costs. They are a core component of modern conveying systems.

Key Configurations

Superior Abrasion Resistance: Abrasion resistance is 4-6 times that of steel pipes, significantly extending service life when transporting abrasive media (such as sand and slag).

Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Resists corrosion from various chemicals, does not rust or scale, ensuring the purity of the transported media.

Extremely High Impact Resistance: Maintains good impact resistance even at low temperatures, and is not easily broken.

Lightweight and Flexible: Only 1/8 the weight of steel pipes, making installation and handling easy; its good flexibility allows it to adapt to complex terrain and facilitates laying.

Extra-Long Service Life: Under standard operating conditions, service life can reach over 50 years.

Excellent Connection Performance: Can be connected by hot-melt butt welding or electrofusion, with high joint strength and good sealing performance, achieving leak-free operation of the entire pipeline system.
